Alerts & notifications
Turn on alerts so you can act while a thread is still hot, without living in the dashboard. Manage everything in Settings → Alerts.
Choose your cadence:
- Real-time — an email for each new opportunity.
- Daily digest — one summary per day (pick the time and timezone).
- Off — no email alerts.
Slack
Connect your workspace to get instant notifications in a channel. Click Connect Slack, authorize, and pick where alerts land. Great for teams who live in Slack.
Webhooks
Send new opportunities to any endpoint to plug RedShip into your own workflow (CRM, automations, custom tooling). Configure the URL and toggle it on in Settings.
Real-time email is best for fast-moving niches; a daily digest keeps your inbox calm. You can always change it later.
