Your ICP (ideal customer profile)
A clear product description and ICP help the AI keep the posts that actually matter and drop the ones that don't. Describe who your product is for, the problems it solves, and the language they use. You'll find this with your website details in Settings.
Vague ICP → noisy inbox. A precise ICP is one of the cheapest ways to raise relevance across every inbox.
Prompts & talking points
Prompts and talking points shape AI-assisted drafts and replies — your value props, tone, do's and don'ts. Set them in Settings → Prompts so generated content sounds like you, not a generic bot.
Pair this with Knowledge (Creator plan) to give the AI deeper context about your product.
