Reddit RSS and JSON feeds
Reddit's own feeds cover a subreddit or a search. A keyword feed covers every post and comment that mentions your words.
RSS 2.0 and JSON Feed. The same alerts in both formats, for any reader or script.
Posts and comments. Every match across Reddit, not one subreddit at a time.
Works anywhere. Feedly, Slack's RSS app, Zapier, or your own code.

The RSS URLs Reddit already gives you
Add .rss to most Reddit pages for an RSS feed, or .json for the same data in JSON.
| What you get | RSS URL | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| New posts in a subreddit | https://www.reddit.com/r/SaaS/new/.rss | Every new post in one subreddit |
| Search results | https://www.reddit.com/search.rss?q=%22your+keyword%22&sort=new | Posts matching a search, newest first |
| Search inside a subreddit | https://www.reddit.com/r/SaaS/search.rss?q=crm&restrict_sr=1&sort=new | Posts matching a search in one subreddit |
| New comments in a subreddit | https://www.reddit.com/r/SaaS/comments/.rss | Latest comments in one subreddit, unfiltered |
| A user's activity | https://www.reddit.com/user/USERNAME/.rss | Posts and comments by one account |
| The same, in JSON | https://www.reddit.com/r/SaaS/new/.json | Swap .rss for .json on any of the above |
- Search feeds match posts only. Comments that mention your keyword are not in them.
- The comments feed is per subreddit and unfiltered, so you still do the keyword matching.
- Reddit throttles unauthenticated requests, and some feed readers get blocked or fall behind.
- No relevance filter: every result arrives, and brand or competitor tracking is up to you.
Keyword feeds
A feed of your keyword matches
Keyword feeds are part of RedShip Alerts, our plan for raw Reddit alerts.
Add your keywords
Up to your plan's limit, with exact, proximity or broad matching.
Copy your feed URLs
Your RSS and JSON feed URLs are on the Delivery page. Add ?keyword_id= to narrow a feed to one keyword.
Plug it in
Paste the URL into a feed reader, Slack's RSS app or a Zapier trigger.
What's in the feed
One item per alert, in RSS and JSON
The last 100 delivered alerts, refreshed every few minutes.
